Namaste!

My name is Pawan.

... along with me let us connect into something sacred: the YOU! Connecting to the magic of your breath, the flow of your body, the melody of your heartbeat and the depth of your soul – both on and off the yoga mat.

What is your story with yoga?

Yoga found me when I lost myself.

Covered with layers peeling off slowly, as they say when you are frustrated with how life is going, you flow into becoming the flow and that is what happened - a surrender, an acceptance and letting self free to find freedom got me into Yoga.

My own returning to home just carried a deep urge to share this ancient medicine full of love into this world. It is my Dharma - service and Yoga gives me the platform to carry my Dharma.

I am just me and honestly on a journey of rediscovering. If I ever reach and know myself - I will let you all know!

In 2017 I found myself for the first time out of the country and in Bali, doing my first Yoga TTC and allowing the magic to form. This magic drew my journey to an ashram in Neyyar Dam, Kerala. In different schools and with amazing teachers I was allowed to really dive in, exploring different styles of Asanas and Pranayama and Meditation. Always grateful to my first teacher Lesly Damai and soul sister teacher Angela who showed me my own comfort zone and helped me set free.

1050+ hours of Yoga TTC: Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, Kundalini, Tantra, Sivananda Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Philosophy.

Expect lots of sweat in the Vinyasa dance flow classes and lots of tears out of the eyes in the Yin classes and always find your deeper layer with meditation tantra classes and rediscover unhidden energy through the Kundalini classes!

What is your training background?

3 more questions...

How would you describe your classes?

A practice to connect to your innate wisdom within you – surrendering on the mat and transforming off the mat.

The classes are a space for you to meet yourself deeply.

What influences your teaching?

The magic of breath, the connective elements, the dance of the body, the music of heartbeats... all together in on single place.

How are students going to feel after a class with you?

We all are different, yet interconnected and interdependent. So let us reveal the true essence of who you are, arriving home in yourself, or at least knock the door.
