MEDITATION TECHNIQUES
Learnt on way of knowing life that if you want to live a more fulfilled life, we first need to know our potential, of who we really are.
The route to that knowing as it is the methodology of the science of awareness.
The beauty of the inner science is that it enables whoever wants to explore and to experiment within, to do so alone, thus eliminating the dependence of an outer authority and the obligation to accept a certain ideology or follow a religion.
Therefore let me with my little knowing help understand the steps, so that you walk the walk in your own, individual way. If you have heard or done or seen many of the traditional meditative techniques require you to sit still in order to be silent.
Try to understand that it is an inner stillness that is valuable, and the outer stillness is only in support of that inner stillness and for most of us, the accumulated stress in our body-mind makes that inner or outer stillness very difficult.
I with grace of Source and teachings of my Guru's and their blessings share with you few active meditations which magically with awareness enables us to consciously express, experience ability to release repressed feelings and emotions so that we can bring the body back to a relaxed harmony – for the journey inwards to begin.
Meditation is a silence, the meeting, awareness, the witnessing, the dissolving, the melting, the disappearing. It should be like breath, a part of us, not like a pinch of salt in the food to make it delicious, but be like the whole food in the plate- totally nutrient and healthy. It should be way of living, just like Yoga, a lifestyle so that you can walk, sit, dance, move, do anything in pure silence- silently , totally aware 24*7 so that it becomes your essence your fragrance - Pawan (22-03-24)

DARSHAN ATMOSPHERE/ philosophy classes
We are all part of a vast, invisible field of energy with frequencies waiting to vibrate which contains within, all possible realities and responds to our feelings and thoughts. So, can we use our mind to create our realities, the way we wish- yes, we can do. By the knowing of the ancient philosophies we can learn the skills to become who we want to be and create the life we want to experience.
Just “BE” and do not try to become. So, during the classes do not believe what I say, but do not disbelief me. My work is only to confuse you more, because my guru said to me, unless you are utterly confused, you will not drop your knowledgeability and you will unconsciously keep thinking you know. Remove all to know and see what is – reality. Experience do not follow. Experience existence as it is and your life will be more at ease, find the reality by removing the society from within to find your individuality. So, when we unravel the aspects of totality, we gain profound insights into our own lives and the larger tapestry of existence is revealed.
