Yoga is a wholly practical philosophy. Yoga is an exact science based on certain immutable Laws of Nature and an art based on movements of the Annamaya Kosha (the physical body) in accordance through breath, the bridge between body and mind. It is well known to people of all countries of the world interested in the study of Eastern civilization and culture. It is held in awe and reverence as it contains the master key to unlock the realms of Peace, Bliss, Mystery, and Miracle. It is heard seen and known that even the philosophers of the West found solace and peace in this Divine SciArt (science+art).
Yoga is a state of Absolute Peace wherein there is neither imagination nor thought. Yoga can be seen as a tool to control the mind and its modifications. Deeply Yoga teaches us how to control the modifications of the mind so that we attain liberation. It teaches us how to transmute the unregenerate nature and attain the state of Divinity. It can be thus seen as a tool to completely suppress the tendency of the mind which transforms itself into objects, thoughts, etc.
A slow transformative ancient healing magic is Yoga as it tries step by step, to penetrate the whole inner mystery. With eight steps on the journey, Yoga completes the discovery and one rediscovers oneself. The five beginning steps are Bahirang Yoga- the outside - Yam, Niyam, Asan, Pranayam, Pratyahar.
